檸檬塔與融榛果閃電泡芙 lemon tartlet and praline e’claire from Paul bakery


繼Laduree在2016年2月撤櫃退出台灣後, 同年年底青木定治也宣布只經營到12/31. 雖然這當中陸續有國外品牌的甜點被引進, 也有越來越多本土優秀的甜點店可選擇. 對我們這些甜食控的人來說, 總覺得好不容易盼到的一家好店, 卻因為種種因素得撤櫃, 實在讓人惋惜. 所幸還有Paul的存在, 可以讓我想念英國的時候還有個去處, 而Paul的甜點, 麵包跟鹹食也從來沒讓人失望過.

2016 is the worst year for who lives in Taiwan and called her/himself is the dessert crazy lover. The early of 2016, Laduree had announced is no longer exiting in Taiwan and the end of the same year, Sadaharu AOKI patisserie had closed the last store in Regent Hotel and total withdraw from Taiwan market. Though it still have a lots of good and nice well-known dessert stores have been imported to Taiwan and it has so many exquisite the local dessert shops opened last year. I even now feel sad for those outstanding stores that we have ever had. However, I have to feel lucky the Paul bakery is still here and its no matter desserts, savoury or breads never let me down.
