泰式牛肉紅咖哩與印度烤餅 Thai beef red curry with naan

有沒有跟我一樣也喜歡吃咖哩, 不管是日式: 帶點甜味; 台式: 小時候的味道; 正宗印度: 超多香料或是泰式咖哩: 辣得過癮, 我通通都很愛呢. 天氣熱的時候覺得辣辣的口感很下飯, 天氣冷的時候吃起來讓人暖心.  咖哩除了配飯配麵也很適合配印度烤餅naan. 前晚吃剩的泰式牛肉紅咖哩變身為今日豐盛的午餐.

I like to eat curry no matter Japanese style: a bit of sweet taste; Taiwanese flavor: the memory of childhood;  Indian type: having loads of charming spices or Thai curry: spicy and savory, it is all my favorite. Does anyone same as me, a curry lover?! This was my leftover Thai beef red curry from last night. I re-heated it and ate with my homemade naan. only one word can describe this, YUM!!
