蒜炒蘑菇蘆筍紫玉米 stir fried mushroom、asparagus and purple corn



柳宗理16公分的小鐵鍋真的很方便使用, 導熱快又不會沾鍋. 唯一的缺點就是使用完畢後要馬上洗鍋跟養鍋避免鐵鏽, 反過來正面思考就是: 根除懶病的鍋. 一個人的午餐通常以簡單方便的時蔬帶過. 橄欖油與蒜末稍稍爆香後, 加入蘑菇, 蘆筍, 已蒸熟的紫玉米拌炒到熟, 最後煎上一顆半熟荷包蛋就可飽餐一頓.
