將已熟透的酪梨剖對半挖出果肉後, 灑點鹽跟現磨胡椒便可用叉子輕鬆搗碎, 接著抹在已稍稍烤過的麵包或吐司上. 華麗一點的吃法就是再加上一顆水煮蛋同時淋上香蒜油, 不騙人的好吃喔!
